I would like to know if sometime in the future, will your RD's include a nutrition breakdown with your smoothie recipes? Calories, carbs, fiber, sugar, protein, fat? I could do it myself but it would be time consuming, and having an at-a-glance nutrition "label" would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If you don't "chew" your smoothies it can lead to bloating! From: http://www.shaynahiller.com/nutrition/dont-drink-smoothies/ "Unless you have enough self-discipline to ‘chew’ your smoothie, chances are that BPA-free smoothie mug of yours will be empty in less than 5 minutes. The truth is, you SHOULD chew your smoothie. Reminder: A smoothie is a bunch of foods blended together, and while blending does make it easier on the digestive stem, chewing is what initiates digestion. A smoothie is not a drink. It’s food that looks like a drink. Without chewing, the body may not release necessary ‘pre-digestive’ enzymes. Remember, digestion starts in the mouth. When consuming a smoothie, swish it around your mouth and get your digestive juices flowing."

I have been using my nutribullet for over two months and have felt bloated a lot of the time. I stopped for a week and do t have that bloated feeling and feel less heavy.
These look delicious! The mood boosting breakfast blast looks much better than my usual coffee. I've been following the same boring bland diet for a month now. http://www.fatburnerdepot.com/healthy-1500-calorie-diet-meal-plan-for-any-fat-burner/ Eating the same breakfast everyday for 30 days gets very old. I'm going to make the papaya blast too. Just have to find a grocery store that stocks papaya in these parts. Thank you for the quality post. Great breakfast suggestions! -Jackie
I am having a problem with my machine 'leaking' ... I know I have tightened the blade as tight as it will go ... but, some times I will see a green liquid coming from the bottom , then I after I stop and open it, the entire area where the outside of the blade connects to the base is full of green. I have unplugged it and run water to clean out the top area but I am concerned about what has gone down into the motor casing.

This happens to me whenever I overfill my cup...too much ingredients/water. I would tighten the blade to the point that I struggled to undo it. I have no problems when I don't overfill and there is no need to

I call the company they said I need to replace the blaze, it cost about $12.00 This I did not know .I love it but will never get a up side down one again unless they come up with one that blends upright ,then we would not have a problem one like the mantel or niju they both are good my daughter have a mantel it upright make good smoothie I am going to invest me one got to have my smoothie ,do not want the bacteria from the motor ,same problems green liquid seeking around bottom.we do not what is getting into the smoothies . I hope you well .call the company and let them no how you feel that maybe will have them to have a call back ,we are not the only one having this problems I have had mine for 2 years. Maybe they. We bought two new blades and ours leaks all the time...right after we got them, and they are different...deeper with a different gasket or something on the underside. Now, not only do they leak more often even though my items are below the level line, but if I don't it tighten it so tight I can't get it off, it leaks out the side as well. I am not happy!!! I found it leaks out the bottom even if the items/liquid are under or at the line if the smoothy is thck. So now I have to know what items are more pulpy or watery in order to ensure the smoothy is not too thick. How the heck do I do THAT on a regular basis?!?! I used frozen figs, pears, greens, walnuts, a piece of carrot, a few snap peas...with almond milk and water. It was below the line and not over stuffed, but not loosely stuffed, and just at or slightly below the line. It oozed out in less than 30 seconds. It was the consistency of a half watery pudding. I like min thicker, rather than watery. The blade could not break it down before it oozed. I think the blades are not as good as the original one that came with the unit. I bought a Vitamix, and will be asking Santa for the smaller blender container for Christmas, since the low profile blenders cannot make single size smoothies (no enough liquid/ingredients to be above blade). I will use the NB acid traveling and that is it. Very annoyed that NB is more interested in greed than the consumers who got them where they are. Typical big business tactics!
You may just need to replace the gasket. Ask how much for the rubber rings. I found that after a few washings they start to thin out.

i think the problem is with a faulty rubber gasket. At least with mine. I take out the gasket regularly and clean it...once I found out it comes out. The cleaning instructions do not mention removing it, but I saw a comment about it after I noticed brown moisture on the bottom of the blade. People said it was grease, but others said it was gross particles from previous blasts. Yuck!!! When I removed my gasket I noticed that there was a roughness to the inside flat edge. When I looked more closely (with glasses...lol) I noticed that food particles are in fact imbedded in the gasket. This keeps the gasket from making a good seal. I have tried using a soft brush to clean it, but no go. I finally soaked ours in some hydrogen peroxide yesterday and it fizzed and bubbled on the areas with the food particles (the reaction with the proteins in the food). It did help to remove some, but not all. It may take multiple treatments. I have gaskets from blenders, etc., and this has never happened...the rubber they use is flawed for this to happen. Mine started having this brown gunk show up after like 4 months. That is way to soon for someone that costs $100+ dollars. Do people with th RX model have this issue as well? I like the size of the Nutribullet, but I do not want to have to deal with this all the time. It is bad enough that I cannot run it for more than 20-30 seconds without this gunk stuff starting to ooze out the bottom. If the RX does this too, the Ninja may be my alternative. We will see if the soaking in peroxide helps with the seal!

We had that problem after several months as well. Just like you described. Didn't even know there was a gasket that was removable!
I was having the same problem and I took out the rubber turners (around the corners) and cleaned them and put oil on the turner in the base ( center piece in the base) and the little rubber turner. grease it down. I use olive oil and baby oil lol but it worked. No more leaks
