Nice article, thanks for sharing this useful tip. It's very important to stay fit and healthy. I think office furniture, even plays a major role in fitness. If your office furniture is not comfortable you will be facing back pain and all. One should be very careful in choosing office furniture for his/her office. Recently my friend bought wooden chairs for her office use. she told me that it is comfortable to sit on, Even reduced back pain problem and so on.
