I stepped into Trader Joe’s the other day and what to my wandering eyes did appear? Pumpkin spice granola clusters, pumpkin biscotti, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin bread, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin butter, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin beer, and ...PUMPKINS! There were pumpkin goodies everywhere!
There is no clearer sign of the quickly approaching holidays than seeing the brightly stocked supermarket shelves and, unfortunately, with that comes the dreaded holiday weight gain.

Let’s make a plan – a way to enjoy the holidays without guilt and without a New Year’s resolution to get back on track.
