We've all heard that old saying, "What may be good for one person may not be good for another." I have discovered through trial and error - not only with my diet and supplements, but with the ingredients that I put in my daily NutriBlasts - that I need to consume ingredients based on my health and needs at the time. Other raw veggies help keep it under control. I have a friend who is on blood thinners; she owns a NutriBullet and would never consider a day without a NutriBlast. Even though she loves them, it's extremely important that she avoids too much kale and certain fruits in her Blasts.
The bottom line is that when you decide to make the commitment to better health and want to make smart food and supplement choices, you must remain aware of which will have the best effect on your body based on your health concerns, ailments and medications. It’s all about educating yourself and being proactive when it comes to your nutritional needs.
