Battling Lyme, Anaplasmosis and AS

Battling Lyme, Anaplasmosis and AS

I've been using my NutriBullet daily since the middle of October 2013.

Unfortunately, on July 20, 2013, I began a fierce battle with Lyme Disease and Anaplasmosis. These diseases have changed my life completely and probably forever. I also battle AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis), which has been a life-long disease.

My diet had to immediately change in so many ways and is now gluten, sugar and dairy-free. I've also had to remove meat products due to a developed allergy. My diet has basically become vegan. These changes were and are, absolutely necessary to help heal. The transition was extremely difficult for me and I was finding myself struggling with it. Then one day, I happened to pass a huge NutriBullet display in a store and did an instant double-take. I thought to myself, "Hey, now this thing just might be good for me, I think I could use this!" Needless to say, that was when my journey began.

This powerful little machine has a made a world of difference with the way I feel! I just couldn't live without it now! My battle continues, but the NutriBullet has made it a little easier now that my body is getting everything it needs to fight on and stay strong. Oh, and an added benefit (which wasn't the reason I bought The NutriBullet)? I lost 20 pounds and I'm down to my high school weight!

I'm a faithful and happy Blaster!

I can't thank you enough!

Thank you for sharing and I just shared your story as I'm such a great fan of the bullet myself and I think it is helping me with auto-immune illness and the fibromialgia too. So great to hear the bonus of losing 20 lbs and could you share more specific how many times a day do you use the bullet and what other changes you made to lose the weight? The hardest thig for me is I have no appetite during the day so other than the bullet drink I make almost daily, I tend to do most of my regular eating after 6pm right up until I fall alseep! The worst habit is once I eat, I still have the habit of wanting something to nibble on at night even though I'm not even hungry. Seem to have no will power so I'm open to any suggestions.
Hi Kat, Congratulations on your victory over Lyme I also have a friend who have Lyme and battle with it right now. I will share with her the receipt from Nutribullet Healing Book. Thank you. Sincerely, AaronG

Congratulations Kate. I am curious as to what shake/recipe was the one that worked well for you and that you use on a daily basis?
