You can also add granny smith apples with your greens and chia seeds. Great combination.
Try using green tea sweetened with stevia for even more anti-inflammatory action..and a nice sweetness!

I haven't used my Nutribullet Pro yet! I just got it today. But I'm a believer in berries, do they will always be a key ingredient. Right now., breakfast is one cup Stonyfield organic yogurt. 1/2 cup blueberries ( or more ). 1/2-3/4 c raspberries, 1/2 c pineapple, 1/4 c dried cranberries, 1 banana, 1/4 c walnuts, 1/4 c almonds, 1/2 kiwi, 1/2 orange (all organic and gluten-free (I'm Celiac diagnosed by endoscopy) and any other organic fruit we happen to have. I cannot gain weight, though before 2009 had to watch my weight. This should fit well in my Nutribullet. Bought organic baby kale tonight, so should be ready to go tomorrow! Can't wait. Think nutrient absorption will be better.
They don't always have to be the key ingredient, in fact a variety of fruits and veggies can help give your body exposure to a variety of nutrients. Looks like you already have a great breakfast planned out!

I have a smoothie every morning I like to use spinach,frozen mix fruit,banana and nuts or flax seed.

New to the Blast since Christmas and I have had one every day. Loving how I feel energized. I have been using walnuts for my omega 3, please share comments on flaxseed before I switch or should I mix it up and do both.

I use berries in my blasts practicaly every morning.i use a small amount of spinach,avacado,blueberries and strawberries,flaxseed meal,a twist of lemon,and some almond milk.

Sounds really good! I am a fan of spinach with my fruits as well. Kale is too bitter for me in the morning. Im good with it in the afternoon / evenings.
