Dealing with Gluten Sensitivity

Dealing with Gluten Sensitivity

It's my choice to avoid gluten - I feel better when I do and, after a cancer diagnosis, I don't want to risk my health eating it if I don't have to. For some of my friends, it's not a choice. They suffered for years before they were diagnosed with Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac disease. For them, eating shouldn't be the stressful ordeal it is!

When someone with this disease consumes something containing gluten, it causes damage to the lining of the small intestine. This makes food absorption very difficult and painful. The symptoms usually include abdominal discomfort, bloating, fatigue, anemia and rashes, among many other symptoms. It's life changing for many people and, if left undiagnosed, can lead to serious illness.

My close friend is very active in the Celiac community and is constantly looking for ways to improve his food absorption and quality of life. After observing how my health improved after regular use of the NutriBullet, he purchased one and decided to try it out.

Obviously, it didn't take long for him to become a fan of the NutriBullet and he relies on it regularly to help him consume and easily absorb food. He recently attended a Celiac conference and decided to share his new find in an effort to help his fellow Celiacs. The NutriBullet was a huge hit, as expected!

People were pleasantly surprised by how easy NutriBullet makes it to consume fruits and vegetables and, of course, how delicious they taste! I applaud my friend for taking the time to demonstrate the NutriBullet at the Celiac conference so that others could get on the path to better health.

NutriBullet is providing many Celiac sufferers the opportunity to consume healthier foods since many of their food options have become limited. It helps them enjoy eating once again. I am so happy my friend is spreading word in his community that it is possible to feel healthy and in control again!
