New research now shows the difference eating fruits and vegetables can make in your lifespan, adding up to years to your life. For those who don't consume any fruit, adding just one apple a day could mean a 19 month difference between life and death.

I seem to enjoy increased energy levels, & my mood is always stratospheric now as well!!! My nutribullet helps out with this Greatly!!!
I have a hard time keeping my diebeties stable. I like to eat so I've starters nutribullet my veggies

A suggestion for you; try going without white bread...such is turned into sugar by the body...
This is very interesting. Most people do not know just how important it is to eat your fruits and veggies daily. With so many great Nutribullet recipes and easy ways to get more of these into your diet it has never been easier!
