Foods with Vitamin C, A and zinc are great foods to support the healing of wounds. Use foods like red bell peppers, kiwi, oranges, lemons, limes, dandelion greens, sweet potatoes, spinach, carrots, pumpkin seeds, cashews and mung beans.
