If my profile says 1 of each color and 2 orange am I supposed to have 6 shakes a day and eat a normal meal...not sure what I'm supposed to doing

The colors represent ingredients to include in one NutriBlast. For each score, add 2 Tbsp of that color. We provide suggestions for ingredients in the book. So, you would have 2 Tbsp of each color, then 4 Tbsp of orange ingredients. Alternatively, you can search for recipes that address the issue of the color you scored highest - in your case, a good immune-boosting Blast may be just what you need! Hope that helps.
Do we need to cook oatmeal and quinoa(spelling probably wrong) before putting in a nutra blast?
Nope, you can use the whole rolled oats raw, just throw them in your Blast along with your other ingredients. You do have to cook quinoa before adding it to your Blast.

Loving my NutriBullet. Best gift ever!!! Can't wait to try some the recipes I've just watched. I did a kale, blueberries, banana, greek yogurt and apple juice smoothie this morning! OMG, delicious!!!
