I am 65 and have been overweight since I was in my 40's. I weighed 250 pounds, and nothing seemed to get rid of the extra weight. Working a desk job at night certainly made it harder to lose any pounds. When I got the NutriBullet, I did not exactly follow any of the recipes but made my own. In the mornings, I would have a fruit smoothie consisting of a handful of spinach, a banana, some blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or apples, some almonds, and almond milk. Yummy! For lunch, a light or sometimes not-so-light meal, and in the evening, another smoothie of veggies that I had available, including some raw cashews and some flax seeds. Again, always pretty yummy and filling.
I'm pleased to say that my weight is down to 235, and I don't feel deprived or stressed as I did on EVERY single other diet that I have tried.
