I am 65 and have been overweight (250 lbs) since I was in my 40's. Nothing seemed to get rid of those pounds. Working a desk job at night certainly made it harder to lose any weight. When I got the Nutribullet, I did not exactly follow any of the recipes, but made my own: in the mornings, I would have a fruit smoothie consisting of a handful of spinach, a banana, some blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or apples, some almonds and some almond milk. Yummy! For lunch, a light or sometimes not-so-light meal, and in the evening, another NutriBlast of veggies that I had available, including some raw cashews and some flax seeds. Again, always pretty yummy and filling.
I'm pleased to say that my weight is down to 235 and I don't feel deprived or stressed as I did on EVERY single other diet that I have tried.
