Improving My Performance with the NutriBullet

I have been overweight all my 26 years of life. I decided to do something about it and began running in 2010. Some of the weight came off and then I plateaued. Somehow, I was still tired all the time (working 12-hour shifts as a nurse left me drained). I had insomnia, anxiety, bad acne, joint pain, horrible migraines and my thyroid hormone level was all over the place.

In January 2013, I decided to focus on my nutrition. I began eating healthier, drinking more water and, after seeing the NutriBullet being used by the amazing runner Nadia Ruiz, I decided to give it a try. At first, my body began detoxing, but as the days progressed I started noticing a difference. Since then, I have lost 25 lbs and now I can sleep better, my thyroid level is normal, my skin is clearing up, my headaches are gone and I feel more energized. Before, I would have to drink 5 cups of coffee a day to survive a 12-hour shift and now I will drink 1 cup, sometimes none. I have more energy while working in the hospital and also while working out. To me, tha's amazing!!! One of the best things about the NutriBullet is that having healthy blended Blasts in the morning accustoms you to eating healthier the entire day. It gets you used to making healthier food and activity choices, something that I am very grateful for! I find myself in the grocery store buying organic fruits/veggies, looking for Acai/Goji berries and researching the healthiest foods out there. Last year, I completed a marathon in 7.5 hours. This year it took me 6.5 hours and I can definitely attribute this to healthy eating and the NutriBullet. I have cut down ten minutes in my half-marathon time. I can run better and recover faster with the NutriBullet.

Eating healthy and counting nutrients is the key point. Being a nutribullet user for more than a 2years i could strongly recommend this blender to anyone who wants to lead a healthy life.

Good for you. I find it hard to add everything to my smoothies. I only do one in the morning and sometimes add Green's or supergreen, ginger, cinnamon, flax or chia, etc. etc. and rotate to different one, always with either blueberries, strawberries, banana, pineapple, mango . I have to watch my sugar. At age 80 I'm still hanging in there and getting my wife started who is on blood thinners but in better health than I am.
