Kiwifruit for Insomnia?

Antioxidants, serotonin, and folate all make for better sleep, respectively relieving oxidative stress, improving REM sleep, and decreasing the likelihood of insomnia... and kiwi has them all! A new study shows that eating two kiwifruits an hour before bed for two weeks can increase the amount of time you spend asleep - reducing the risk of developing the long-term diseases often associated with insomnia.
