My Goals for 2014

My Goals for 2014

Happy New Year to my fellow NutriBlasters! Even though many of us have met our goals for 2013, there is no reason to stop the progress! We should be setting even higher goals for 2014. I have to admit that I am not much for New Year’s Resolutions because I believe we should be constantly establishing new and achievable goals for ourselves. With that being said, this time of year can be the perfect time to re-evaluate our health goals based on what we've accomplished to date.

If you already own a NutriBullet, you have taken a very important step toward feeling better and living a healthier lifestyle. I have watched many of my fellow NutriBullet users, friends and family use the NutriBullet to help them change eating habits and now they're experiencing the benefits.

As far as I am concerned, I've achieved and exceeded many of my health goals by using my NutriBullet to consume a good portion of my fruits and vegetables almost every day for the past two years, but there is still room for progress. in 2014, I plan to move up to the 900 series and start taking a little extra time to focus on making recipes more specific to my needs at the time. I have a tendency to fall into the habit of making the same NutriBlast over and over again. I cannot wait to see what 2014 holds in store for me!

Whatever your feelings are regarding resolutions, as we enter into 2014, try taking this opportunity to examine what you have accomplished and re-assess your health goals. Sometimes even making minor changes can get you there faster. Most of all, don’t give up! If you make the occasional poor food choice, the NutriBullet is ready and waiting for you to make it right at any time.

Enjoy!

Lori: I'm new too! Is anybody going to us help us???
It depends on what your goals are. I would start by looking at our recipes tab and looking for combinations and ingredients that sound tasty and like something you would enjoy. Start experimenting and have fun with your NutriBullet. If you want a cleanse you can check this out: http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/kickoff-cleanse-super-cleanse-plan

Nutribullet was my Mothers Day gift to myself in 2013. Slacked off during Holidays. Excited to get back on track in 2014!

I purchased my Nutribullet about 4 months ago and got off to a great start. I must say though, I started slacking off about a month ago. I plan on going shopping for ingredients and bringing in the new year with a detox blast!

I am new to the nutribullet and excited to get started. My first goal is to stick with this and not make it like so many other resolutions and say its too hard or expensive to maintain. I am determined to feel better with the goal of also losing weight in the process but the first goal is to just feel better overall health.
