My Nerve Calming NutriBlast

I am usually so focused on making NutriBlasts that fight fatigue, control my weight and keep me healthy, that I lose sight of their other incredible health benefits, like when my nerves are frazzled, or when my chemo related neuropathy acts up. It finally dawned on me after having two nerve racking weeks in which I could barely feel my feet due to the neuropathy, that I could use my NutriBullet to help calm me down and reduce these symptoms. I researched some good “anti-nervousness” ingredients and made my first calming NutriBlast. I'd love to share the recipe!

Of course there are certain foods that actually can exacerbate or trigger nervousness and stress, so staying away from these is important as well:

• Sugar

• High-glycemic carbs

• Coffee and alcohol

• Fried foods

So after a few deep breathes, I made the following NutriBlast and I am feeling the difference.

  • Small handful of rinsed kale
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of Maca Powder
  • Coconut Water

Not only did this taste good, but it did actually help me feel better almost immediately. Just when I thought that I had experienced all of the advantages the NutriBullet had to offer, it still manages to impress me.

I am new to the Nutribullet RX as I too, need to have more ideas about finding the right recepes. As learned today that putting in Kale or Spinach is essential. Not having any weight problems but the worries are always in the back of my mind about much though out the day. Learning to stay away from Coffee and the sugar food is not easy. Thank you.
i have stomach anxiety problems and my nerves have been acting up. does this really help? im new at this nutribullet so i dont really know how to use it or find the right recipes.i would appreciate any advice i can get.
