I started by purchasing my NutriBullet just before January 1st. I have used it everyday since January 2nd. I started out weighing 325 pounds and in the first month, I lost 24 pounds. I lost 12 pounds in February, 9 pounds in March and 9 pounds in April. I did do some light exercising during those months.
During May and June, I continued using the NutriBullet and didn’t lose or gain a pound, but I didn’t workout either. July came and I lost another 11.4 pounds and, as of August 1st, I weigh in at 262 pounds. I have more energy and feel like a new person. In the last 7 months, I went from a size 46 pants to a loose 38. I have a goal of going down to 225 by the end of the year. That would be a 100-pound weight loss total.
I use spinach, kale, mustard greens, fresh and frozen fruit, nuts, seeds, honey, cinnamon, almonds and walnuts. I eat chicken, pork, turkey, grains, healthier pasta (not to often), salads and other veggies.
