This cleanse was one of the hardest things to do. I had cravings, headaches, loss of energy, and overall didn't feel well for the first three days. By day for and five I started feeling better, and buy day six I as feeling great. Day eight, I ell awesome and determined. More energy, no cravings, and eating clean. So proud of myself, so glad I stick it out and so glad I posted it on fb to be held accountable. I love my bullet, now my coworker and niece are starting the cleanse.

Congratulations! We're proud of you too....and for sticking it out past the 5 days. :)
I was wondering if I could use other recipes from the recipe aside from the one in the packet?

Sure! As long as they stick to the "rules" - no gluten, dairy, no added sugar, caffeine, or alcohol...and then build your Blasts according to the template with lots of greens!
I am so far enjoying this new lifestyle. I am eating a lot better and found myself really scrutinizing what I ate over the weekend. I was diagnosed in August with a myeloproliferative disorder. And as a result have been on Prednisone regimen for the last 6 weeks. My doc told me last month not to really focus on losing weight because chances were that I would not be able to. In my first week I lost 7.7 lbs. I feel great and am looking forward to greater results.

I did the 180 Cleanse for two weeks. I did a "trial trial run" Dec 30th-Jan 3rd. It was sooo good that I decided to do it again with everyone else starting on Jan 5th. I did it to give my body a "break" from my regular eating plan (low carb, high protein). The NutriBlasts I chose tasted really good and were definitely nutritious. My favorite "color" was the Pink Detox Blast (see pic below), but my favorite "taste" was the Raspberry Avocado Blast. Since doing the cleanse, I am now wanting to incorporate a NutriBlast in my daily meal plan as an AM Snack.

It was somewhat tough to change from the regular nutriblasts to specific ones for the cleanse. Also not eating the processed foods is always a bonus!

Did anyone doing the 5 day cleanse actually lose any weight? I only lost 1lb & I did 2 high intensity fitness classes at the gym in those 5 days?? but I did realise that maybe using vita coconut water in my nutriblast might have played havoc as apparently it's 45 call per cup (I was filling up to max line!) & also its high in sodium! (Water retension)!!!
The 180 Cleanse has made me feel better than I have in years at the beginning of a new year. I plan on continuing to use many of the recipes for my daily intake of nutribullet nutrition. Today I made another one found on this website, and am really motivated to lose weight and live longer. I am also proud of myself because I have not had one coffee drink for nine days now. I have also noticed that I do not have the sugar cravings since the cleanse either. I have been a sugar addict for years, and I really want to stop poisoning my body like I have. I need the courage and support to help me through this.

I am getting serious about losing some weight, I put it on easier than I did when I was younger (now going on 42) So I am doing this along with some cardio and toning routines (the trick is getting into the routine).
The cleanse was not as bad as I thought it would be. My kids even enjoyed the drink. I've tried new fruits and veggies. I feel better more energetic. I am excited for the future. I'm so happy I received my nutribullet for Christmas and this has probably been the greatest gift ever. The gift that will keep on giving. Now I just have to get my hubby on board.:)
