User Question: How Long will Blasts Last?

How long can you save a NutriBlast before drinking it? It's an often asked question, but if you're busy in the morning or can't make noise with your NutriBullet for fear of waking loved ones, making your NutriBlast the night before might be a good option.

Is there a smoothie for craving blaster.
Would freezing the nutriblast preserve the nutrients longer than refrigeration. I work long night-time hours and would like to be able to take my blasts with me.

I make mine for a whole week and freeze them. I take one out of the freezer and put it in the fridge before I go to bed. The may still be partially frozen when i get to work. I just shake them and sometimes add more water to them. Great time saver and I am more apt to drinking them daily. Also dont have to worry about food going bad before i can use them
Freezing is an OK option, but it may be a strange consistency when it defrosts. Here is a video that answers that question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xlFM7CT3Po&list=UUMgVCjF3vO3AmtrbdF1tHaA

Hi! I am new to this, do I still have to continue taking my vitamins while I'm a nutriblaster now? Should stop eating solids like meat poultry and breads, coffee? Thanks Rosie
We can't make supplement and medication recommendations. There is a great 6 week transformation plan in our natural healing foods book that outlines how to clean up your diet and how to use a NutriBlast. It has a ton of great recipes. If you are feeling even more daring you could try our 5 day cleanse that will jumpstart a healthy diet. http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/cleanse-forums/clean-2014-new-years-cleanse-162014

You can try it, I am not sure how that will taste, make sure the chicken in completely cooked and there is plenty of liquid in your NutriBlast.
