Which Food Can Increase Your Lifespan?

Of all the food factors looked at in a recent study from around the globe, it was shown that the consumption of legumes was the only one consistently associated with a longer lifespan across the board. Whether you're eating edamame, pinto beans, or good old peas, there was an 8 percent reduction in risk of death for every 20 grams - or 2 tablespoons - of legumes eaten daily.

That's wonderful to hear. I love all kinds of beans, I just forget about including them in my diet.
