Carrot Juice

Like carrots, carrot juice is naturally sweet and packed with goodness, including beta-carotene, vitamin A, B, E and others, along with antioxidants to boot. It's thought to reduce the risk of many types of cancers, including skin and breast cancer thanks to the beta-carotene, which gives carrots their bright orange color. Carrot juice also has cleansing properties and is known to be great for the liver, which stores vitamin A, which then helps reduce the amount of bile and fat stored there. But be warned! - Carrot juice is void of the fiber of whole carrots, which can lead to blood sugar spikes when ingested in large quantities or on its own. It does make a great addition as the liquid in an all-veggie NutriBlast!

Selection Process

Select brands of carrot juice that are 100 percent natural with no added chemicals or preservatives. Or better yet, use homemade carrot juice in your Blasts!
