Clementines are a delicious cross between a Chinese mandarin and an orange. Loved by children, these little citrus fruits, often called Cuties, have a thin, easily-peeled skin and usually no seeds. They're still packed with great nutrition though and they make an excellent addition to your Blast. Like oranges, clementines contain vitamin C, which is excellent for the immune system and also helps protect against heart disease. They're sweeter than your average orange, though, and can be found in most major grocers.

Selection Process

Clementines should be soft with a shiny, bright orange skin. Avoid fruit that is hard or blemished.
