One of the most popular Mediterranean herbs, marjoram has a delicately sweet and spicy flavor. Its leaves were used atop wreaths and in garlands as a symbol of peace, harmony and happiness. Today, it's known to have high levels of vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin K, great for increasing immunity and reducing inflammation.

Selection Process

Fresh marjoram should be a deep gray-green color and free from yellow discoloration. It is generally added in last minute to recipes, but feel free to throw a few leaves into your favorite NutriBlast recipe! If using dried marjoram, keep in mind that dried marjoram has a more intense flavor than its fresh counterpart.
