A sage is a wise person, and like sages, the herb sage can impart great wisdom on those who eat it! By adding sage to your favorite soups or NutriBlasts, you can boost your brain power. It's a wonderful memory enhancer and studies have shown that the dried root of Chinese sage has some of the same properties as modern Alzheimer's disease medication.

Selection Process

Choose fresh sage over the dried herb whenever possible. Leaves should look fresh and should be a virant green-gray color. If buying dried, be sure to buy organic and store in a sealed glass container in a cool place.
