1st Blast

Started my first blast.  I had bananas, spring mix, walnuts, peaches, mango spares, nutribullet superfoods mix, and almond milk. It was ok, I was told to sip it sparingly, and I did, but I begin to fill a rush of I dunno a different feeling.  Maybe my body is like..."what the heck is all of this?"  It calmed down later.  Maybe my in the morning one will help me to adjust.  Need some better color blasts.  The brown & green ones doesnt do it for me.  The ones on the advertising video are not even in the book.  any new blast recipies?
