3 Day cleanse almost done...

Now that I only have one more blast, I will have completed my first cleanse in my life! It was much easier than I thought. Surprisingly have more energy than I thought I would. I'm tryi g to lose weight. I've given up diet pop over a year ago and now giving up Splenda and its "friends". Aspartame is in everything! My question is this. What would a good plan of eating? I know I need to eat as clean as possible. Suggestions? I don't eat a lot of processed food now, so thats a good thing.  

We don't want to go back to eating heavy whole foods just yet or you may find your stomach feeling crampy. I'd suggest starting with a vegetable based soup or salad for lunch and maybe some soft hot cereal like oatmeal or quinoa for breakfast. Continue to follow the detox foods (no meat, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, etc., no added sugar, no caffeine or alcohol). Slowly reintroduce gluten - see if you have a sensitivity to gluten or wheat when you eat it for the first time.
