Have you done anything other than doing the juicing? Also, the 'once a day' thing is better than the nothing, but you may want to go full throttle and try nothing but juicing - no solid foods - for a full week, or at least as many days as you can. Go longer than a week if you can and especially if you start to feel better. Like most things, you have to be careful and not believe that is it is so easy and just once change a day will do that much for you, or if it does there is a good chance that what you are feeling is a placebo effect.
I like my fruits and veggies, but you really have to make sure you discount a lot of the marketing that makes it seem so easy.
Before all of the Nutribullet stuff, and even before they had juice machines, I wound fast on nothing but fruits and vegetables for a week and it would literally snap me out of whatever funk I was in. However, it is VERY hard and very people can actually do it. And it may make you feel pretty crappy at first - like you have the flu, however it gets a lot of crap out of your system, no pun intended. Also, get a deep tissue massage from a good therapist and they will literally squeeze all the bad stuff out of your system.
