I just finish reading my User Guide. I would like to do the 30 Transformation plan, but I notice that ginger is one of the ingredients in the Fat Burning SuperBoost. I am allergic to ginger so I wanted to know what can I do as substitutions. I was thinking of just getting the Chia seeds, Cacao powder, Green Tea powder, Cinnamon and the Turmeric Powder and use those without the ginger. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
