a little nervous I purchased kale, almond milk, flax seed, frozen mixed berries and banana's not frozen. Can I make a blast with some or all of these ingredients?

Those are all great ingredients to use together in a Blast. Try 1 cup of kale, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1/2 banana, almond milk to max line.
Hi, Working with my " Nutribullet Pro " , trying new smoothies. Had mine for about a week now. I'm loving it so far. My concern is, Is it highly necessary ( A MUST ) to add liquid with any/all recipes? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Tx, Nutrigal
