Daily Regimin Advice

Iam trying to get organized and feel completly overwhelmed. I need to do the cleanse. And I am assuming the breakfast blast. My issues are overweight, aches and pains, digestive issues, low energy. Any suggestions on how to address each issue daily or weekly?
