Is there a simple detox recipe using these ingredients I have at hand at this moment? Pineapple, flax seeds, blueberries, green apples, bananas and coconut milk. I have never used coconut milk before. The spinach I had has gone bad so I had to discard and I really don't like the taste of Kale. I've had my NB for over a year and haven't used it much because most of the drinks I make are either hard to swallow because of the taste or thick. I am a diabetic also. HELP!
