In tall cup, handful of spinach or favorite mix of power greens, 1 banana, 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange, 1 TBS powered peanut butter, 2 TBS plain yogurt, dash of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of Organic Omega 3 Nut mix, 1/4 cup of frozen blackberry, strawberries, blueberries mix, top to max line with almond milk, extrack for 30 seconds, enjoy.
Good and healthy breakfast .
