I worry that I'm not getting enough protein to fuel my metabolism, I love the smoothie concept and after having 2 stints put in I am trying to lose weight, lower my cholesterol, minimize sodium. I'm looking for a good breakfast smoothie as well as a "dinner" smoothie to replace those meals. Can you help
