Hello all! I'm new here and I wanted to introduce myself. I just started Blasting this week on a regular basis. I'm giving the Nutribullet a try to see if I can improve my type 2 Diabetes, osteoarthritis, overall health and work toward a healthier me!! One of the reasons I decided to try the Nutribullet is I don't really like vegetables all that much, especially green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, kale, etc. LOL I'm finding it much easier being able to "drink" these vegetables in a Blast to get their many health benefits instead of cooking and eating them. So far, I've seen my blood sugar levels go down some so I'm excited to see where this Nutribullet journey takes me! I'd really love to hear from others with any tips, recipes, suggestions and friendly support you may be able to offer. I'd love to make some new friends as well as I work to get healthier!!
