Happy New Year all.....
I've gad my NB-RX for about a month and have had one smoothie.......of course I did not read the directions and it wasn't very good..... So......I thought I would come on board here and get directions, suggestions etc and make it work for me. Just got back from the grocery store where I bought some ingredients for a soup and some blasts. It felt great to hang out in the produce section getting what I needed......onions, mushrooms, spinach, garlic, tomatoes etc......all things I would never purchase on a weekly basis I'm excited to get started but have a question...........is it hard to make these just for one person???? I live alone and the soup recipes all show 4-6 servings......thoughts???
I always save my soups and eat them for 2-3 meals. I like to make more food at once, that way I have leftovers and if I am in a hurry or rush, I know I have something healthy to grab. You can also cut the recipes in half or in thirds if you do not want leftovers.
