My work schedule is 3:30pm-midnight.
What i've been doing?
Wake up at 1pm..(before work) -I make a peanut butter (3 tablespoons) (ALL NATURAL with no hydrogenated oil), 1 banana, Strawberries, Spinach, Kale, blueberries, Chia Seeds, Maca powder, Cocoa, and 2 scoops of protein powder, almond milk unsweetened. This fills me up all the way up until 7/8 which is my lunch time.
Lunch at work, I have a frozen meal.
Get home at midnight: I have another nutriblast. Usually detox one.
Spinach, kale, parsley, chia seeds, maca powder, cucumber
Am I doing good or no?
