How am I doing so far?

My work schedule is 3:30pm-midnight. What i've been doing? Wake up at 1pm..(before work) -I make a peanut butter (3 tablespoons) (ALL NATURAL with no hydrogenated oil), 1 banana, Strawberries, Spinach, Kale, blueberries, Chia Seeds, Maca powder, Cocoa, and 2 scoops of protein powder, almond milk unsweetened. This fills me up all the way up until 7/8 which is my lunch time. Lunch at work, I have a frozen meal. Get home at midnight: I have another nutriblast. Usually detox one. Spinach, kale, parsley, chia seeds, maca powder, cucumber Am I doing good or no?
What is "good" is subjective. This depends on your needs and health goals. I would consider a non-frozen meal at work - maybe cooking up something in bulk and taking "leftovers" to work with you. I'd also suggest using maca sparingly. If you consistently use it, then it becomes less effective. Try to switch up your ingredients. Maybe reduce the PB in the first Blast to 2 Tbsp unless you're in need of a higher calorie meal. I like how your last meal is lighter!
