ok i am just getting started had my first NB this morning, i did some prep work last night and that made things very quick this morning.

how long does the drink last?  is it ok if i put a couple pieces of ice inside, it seems to taste better when it is cold!

are there any warm recipes for the nutri bullet for drinks?

im excited to start this healthy journey!

is there a substitute for melons or mango?
I just bought my nutribullet. I have read and was told by my sister who lives in CA (health nut) that you are not supposed to mix most fruits with vegetables. You can mix apple, bananas and pineapple with vegetables. It had to do with the way fruits breakdown in our bodies. Is there any truth to it?
I have just started my morning blasts and I am not sure if I am leaving it on long enough as the seeds, goji berries and flax don't seem to be breaking down as much as I thought they would... was I expecting too much to think they will be completely broken down?

Flax should break down - blackberries are a bit harder to pulverize. Try using the milling blade to grind the flax into flaxmeal first then adding to your Blast!

Feel free to substitute any other fruit you'd like... pineapple and peaches are tasty!

Check out FAQ #4! http://nutribulletblog.com/faq/
Hi everyone, just buy my nutribullet today, and I am going to start use is tomorrow looking to enjoy it,because I need to loose some weight,I am also hoping to meet new friends too, feel free to add me as your friend, thanks.
When I use the nutribullet to make my juices, the rubber around the blade keeps falling off. I have no idea why
I love my Nutribullet. We first tried a juicer but found it entirely too much work. I keep all my superfoods close by, either grouped on a door in my fridge or on my counter. I leave my Bullet out; never put it away. I buy frozen fruits and usually toss them into every smoothie. We are big pro-biotic people too, so pretty much every smoothie has Kefer in it. Not doing this for weight loss. I workout fairly regularly, so weight is not an issue. Doing this for power, energy, balance, to get thru the day, to be more focused, alert, alive. Am going to get a Bullet for the office too. I like keeping things easy too... partly because I'm too busy; other part I'm too lazy; if things get too complicated, I'll quit on it....I know, it's bad to say....but I know myself by now (at 47 years young), so I need to keep things simple. My base is some greens if I've got 'em, toss in some frozen fruit (or non-frozen), my Kefer, power foods and let 'er rip. Beats the heck out of a cup of morning coffee. Why everyone is not doing smoothies is beyond me. Just work out and do your smoothies. Keep it balanced. I feel so GOOD.
