I was told that kale was hard on the stomach and to stick to baby spinach which I freeze.

This is a comment on your article about switching greens.  I know there are other greens.

Rotating greens is always a good option and putting your greens in the NutriBullet can help the body start to break down the tough fiber in kale. Here is a video that goes over the benefits of rotating greens and additional greens you can include in your diet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqGg4RGWwic
they also sell baby kale in my supermarket so I got some of that. It could not be as hard on the stomach as greens that are not baby greens. I guess.
