We just got our Nutra Bullet for Christmas...on Christmas eve my husbands B/P went up to 270/140.no symtoms but weight gain...We are looking at kidney dialysis or transplant. The Dr. wants him on a CKD diet but he also has gout.hopefully you can guide us on the road to help him...
Since Kidney disease has very specific eating guidelines, it is hard to give a general recommendation. A diet for someone with kidney disease vs. dialysis is completely different. Most dialysis clinics have dietitians on staff to help explain and guide people through the diet. I would suggest discussing your NutriBullet with your dialysis RD or doctor to get the best plan for you. If you need to find a local RD, here is a great place to start looking: http://www.eatright.org/programs/rdnfinder/
