Here's a recipe I make for my kids. They ask for it everyday when they get home from school. I love it because they get a dose of fresh fruits and veggies and sometimes I can sneak in a bit of a boost like protein powder.
2 Handfuls of Spinach, banana, 4-5 frozen Strawberries, 1 cup frozen blueberries, tbsp chia seeds, 8-10 cashews, Almond milk to fill line.
extra's if desired: tbsp goji berries, tbsp cacao powder, substitute pineapple for banana, sub coconut water for almond milk. Sometimes I'll put a chunk of a beet in for the one child that likes beets.
