Leafy Greens?????????

Health assessment says to start every drink with 50% Leafy greens. What about recipes that do not call for any leafy green type ingredients. Do you still pick a leafy green you enjoy and put it in there, or just leave it out filling the cup with only what the recipe calls for?

It is really up to you. I always try to have at least half greens in my Blast cup and then build in the rest of my ingredients.
