Hi I would like to know if any nutritious blast made for breakfast can be great for longterm fat loss or not? Also is there any particular ingredient I should be adding? I say long term as I guess I'm about double my weight so have alot to lose but want to do it slowly gradually and sensibly finally why do you at nutribullet only recommend 1 nutri blast smoothie a day? I mean can't I atleast have 2 or even 3 maximum? (especially if for breakfast, pre or post workout too or a snack or sleepy snack)? Thank you very much
Hello Adrian, high rich fiber like grains are very good for breakfast. There are lots of interesting recipes you can find online to make it interesting in taste. Try to avoid junk foods anytime at a day. For sure you will lose weight fast.
