Hi, I started using my Nutribullet on Monday, January 5, 2015. So far, I absolutely love it and what it can do, but I've had stomach indigestion every single time I've drank one, is this normal? I don't know if it's because my body's not used to it or if it's something else. I've never had vegetables & fruits in my diet, for years due to me not having much teeth and hard to eat. Could it just be getting used to my body? Just curious if it's nothing to worry about or if it's something to worry about and only had 1 per day. I had 2 yesterday and the same thing happened again. Had 1 today, and nothing happened. Please let me know if that's normal. Thank you so much.

Sometimes adding a large amount of fiber to your diet when you are not use to it, can be tough on the tummy. Here is a great recipe that addresses that issue and provide tips on how to decrease your symptoms. http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/feeling-bloated Also, make sure you continue to drink water throughout the day, try including some ginger in your Blast, look for ways to decrease stress in your daily life.
Thank you for replying back to me and letting me know about this stuff. I sent a reply on the wrong post, that was supposed to go to this post, lol. Thanks again. Have a great weekend. Since I've began juicing more, the cramping has become less.
Id say take it easy with the drinks. One time in Santa Barbara someone extracted some wheat grass juice for me which was unbelieveably sweet. Within 5 min I heaved my guts out. I suspect this is like all of a sudden switching to an all raw diet. You cant do that. You have to ease into it if you are having reactions and the instructions to have these 2X daily might not be for everyone. Try using simple recipes once a day anor once every other day and work your way up.
