Handful of mixed greens (chopped chard, chopped kale, chopped collard greens,) Half handful of watercress 5 frozen strawberries Cup of frozen blueberries ¼ avocado Tbsp cacao powder 5-6 mint leaves 6 or 7 cashews ¼ in turmeric Part almond milk unsweetened Part coconut water Add flax and/or chia as a boost.
