After making some of the recipes in the book I received and posted online here my drink turns brown by the time I get to work. What can I add to the drink to not have it turn grayish brown?? I use raspberries and banana with Greens and it looks horrible after a few minutes sitting or it that the way it should look? Most on the photos in the recipes don't look this way!
I would try to use some fruit juice. Mine mixed with greens is a bit more gray looking than when I don't add them. If you are using almond milk or water that could be why it looks that way. Raspberries with bannana would be pink, adding green would change its color for sure. I use cranberry juice. They have clear or light color juices also.. good luck with this.. if you want it more green omit the raspberry's maybe use green grapes? or something else that is light in color.

Adding a small chunk of beet can turn the Blast into a very pretty red color. I would sneak in beets to make the Blasts color more appealing for kids Blasts.
I use beets almost every day, and strawberries. Good looking and great tasting.
