I always suggest starting slow and steady. Do not try and make too many big changes all at once. I recommend to start off with replacing one meal per day with a Blast. Most people find breakfast to be an easy time to replace a meal. Make sure to fill your cup with 1/2 greens, 1/3 fruit and then some good sources of protein like edamame, peas, seeds, nuts or a protein powder, here is a great article that discusses different ones you can use: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/which-protein-powder-best-you
Here are some great low carb Blasts you can check out, they have less sugar and can help keep blood sugar levels stable: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/blasting-low-carb-diet
