I have type 1 diabetics and I weight about 195. An also my neuropathy is getting worse in my feet. I need to know how to start so I can lose weight and control my diabetics. An just to feel better my job is very physical and on my feet 12 hrs day. I'm up at four in the morning,so how many shakes do I take a day. I need help!!!!!!! Thank You, Steve
