I've been on it since new years and we have seen a big difference in the grocery bill. Cant say I feel any different, no extra energy, yet. I'm not gonna give up just sayn. However we've run out of vegetables. Organic is not cheap. also if I put booze in my drink does it cross-out any positive effect? Like does the booze hinder the effectiveness? last question: should I drink chia seeds dry or soak them in water, or even put them in the NB? thanx
Why would you ever put 'booze' in one of your drinks?
lol..i think...that was a joke right?

If you are looking at saving some money it is important to purchase the foods on the dirty dozen list in their organic forms, these have been found to have the highest pesticide content: http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/ In regards to chia seeds, I just throw them into my Blast dry and they are blended up perfectly! If you are adding booze, it can have a negative health impact depending on how much you are using. If you look at studies on red wine, you can drink a glass and receive health benefits but beyond that can actually start to be detrimental to health. Typically it is best to leave booze out of your Blasts.
I put chia seeds or flax seeds straight into the NutriBullet with all the veggies and whatever I decide to throw in and tastes great. I don't know about energy as I just started but, my acid reflux has stopped altogether without meds so that in itself is a huge plus.
