Hey! I have been using my bullet for about a week and in the book it said skin leaves and seeds have the most nutrition! When it comes to mangos avocado and papaya do u just throw it in seeds, pit and skin as well? Or will the pit of the avocado break the machine and I heard the skin of the mango is not good for people who live in the United states! I'm just learning about all these things and want to get it right! Haha

The avocado and mango pit should be discarded, you could probably use the mango and papaya skin, but I always discard it. The avocado skin may alter the flavor of the Blast. Here is a prep chart that can help understand how to use different produce: http://www.nutriliving.com/infographics/extraction-prep-chart
Hi - I just received my new NutriBullet Rx today and excited to begin using it for my morning breakfast!! I was reading that apple/pear seeds/core should be removed but on HSN, David Wolfe would throw in the entire pear/apple into the NutriBullet and it pulverized completely. Just want to be sure if it's ok for me to put in the entire fruit or do I have to chop apple/pear and remove the seeds??
DO NOT use pits or big seeds!!!! Even cherry pits will break it. Aplle seeds are okay and all the onces mentioned like Chia, maca etc but never big and hard. I just got my bullet and plan to chop up a lot of what they suggest we toss in whole. Too many units die and I suspect this is part of the reason.
