I have several health issues the one causing difficulties is not getting enough sleep. I have printed several recipes for different health issues and am hoping these will help. My question is since I am starting anew with my Nutribullet, how many times should I use the drinks.
If you are just starting off, I usually recommend replacing one meal with a Blast per day. Most people find breakfast to be the easiest meal to swap out for a Blast. When building your Blast focus on filling your cup with half greens, 1/3 fruits and 1-2 "boost" foods like hemp seeds, chia seeds, ginger, turmeric, flax seeds, spirulina. Then use a liquid like water, coconut water, green tea or unsweetened almond milk to the max line.
