I am completely new to this. I need help in being able to use my nutriblast...once a day. Have just started slimming world. They tell me I have to sin any fruit in my blast. I just need a blast for the morning to set me up in the best way possible. I know that my superboost powder is one of my sins already. Please help....as I don't want my nutribullet to just end up in the cupboard. The more veg the better as this is not a sin. I like to put in half a banana, ginger and a small piece of pineapple. There must be others out there on the plan. HELP!
